PHOEBE has transformed the integrated modelling environment developed throughout the project into a user-oriented decision-support ecosystem for urban road safety assessment, scenario testing, and policy evaluation. The aim of the two deliverables and the dashboard below is to act as the bridge between the scientific and technical developments of PHOEBE and their practical application by transport authorities, planners, and stakeholders. Emphasis is placed on the operationalisation of the framework through interactive visualisation environments, scenario-based workflows, interoperability between modelling components, and implementation guidance for future deployment in external urban contexts.

The dashboard will help you to choose or defend mobility interventions and to comprehend the safety implications, before they are actually implemented. The interface allows visualisation of different scenarios, enabling authorities to compare outcomes based on varying data sets and assumptions.

PHOEBE framework methodology, network-level demonstration results and tools
